O Dr. Pedro Garcia Freitas, ex-aluno do nosso programa baixo a orientação da Profa. Mylene Farias recebeu o premio  de Best Paper Award in the Workshop of Theses and Dissertations in the category Image Processing/Computer Vision/Pattern no 31st Conference on Graphics, Patterns and Images (SIBIGRAPI 2018) .
