Within the scope of the Computer graduate program, regular students have the opportunity to request credit transfer to optimize their academic trajectory.

  • To initiate this process, interested parties must fill out a specific form, available on the program's website, called "Credit Transfer Request" click here to access the link. It is essential that students also provide documents that support the request, such as course outlines or transcripts of the courses to be credited.
  • The procedure continues with the creation of a SEI Process through electronic petitioning, where students submit their credit transfer request along with their academic transcript to the Program's Secretariat. Subsequently, the assigned advisor will evaluate the request and provide an opinion regarding the student's request.

  • After the initial review, the Program's Secretariat will forward the SEI process to the program's coordination, which will be responsible for preparing and signing an official memorandum with the final decision, either approving or denying the courses requested by the student. This process ensures efficient credit transfer and contributes to the customization of each student's academic path.
