O aluno Walter Lucas Monteiro de Mendonça, orientado pelo Prof. Rodrigo Bonifácio, recebeu o prêmio de melhor artigo (best paper) no XXXIII Brazilian Symposium on Software Engineering (SBES), realizado de 23 a 27 de setembro em Salvador. O artigo intitulado “Does the Introduction of Lambda Expressions Improve Program Comprehension?” está relacionado ao trabalho de mestrado do aluno [1].
O artigo intitulado “Dependability Analysis in the Ambient Assisted Living Domain” de autoria da Profa. Genaina Rodrigues, Prof. Vander Alves, Renato Franklin e Prof. Luiz Laranjeira (FGA) recebeu a distinção de Most Influential Paper Award no XIII Brazilian Symposium on Software Components, Architectures, and Reuse (SBCARS) [2].
O aluno de mestrado Rafael Fazzolino Pinto Barbosa, orientado pela Profa. Genaina Nunes Rodrigues, ficou em terceiro lugar no IEEE Software Testing Contest – STC realizado no dia 23 setembro, no Auditório do Instituto de Matemática e Estatística da UFBA, Slavador/BA.
