PhD student Geovana Ramos Sousa Silva, from the Postgraduate Program in Informatics (PPGI), was awarded the UnB Postgraduate Award 2023, in the Best Dissertation category.

Supervised by Professor Edna Dias Canedo, Geovana developed the work entitled “Human Factors in the Design of Chatbot Interactions: Conversational Design Practices”. The dissertation highlights conversational design practices focused on human factors in interactions with chatbots, contributing to advances in usability and user experience.

PPGI congratulates Geovana and her advisor on this important achievement, which reaffirms the excellence and impact of the research developed in the program.
